Vietnam students excel in global business competition
Students from RMIT International University Vietnam were finalists in the 2012 KPMG International Case Competition, outperforming teams from the US, Britain, Japan, France and China.
It was the first time Vietnam was represented at this annual international competition, held this year in Hong Kong.
In the final round, teams from Vietnam, Spain, Hong Kong and Sweden were required to solve a challenging real-life business scenario involving an airline and present their "solutions" to a panel of KPMG global senior managers and partners.
First prize went to a team from the University of Hong Kong, but judges gave high praise to the RMIT Vietnam team for their original analytical approach, professionalism and passion.
