JOINT APPOINTMENT BETWEEN UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME AUSTRALIA and ST. JOHN OF GOD HEALTHCARE, MURDOCH

The University of Notre Dame Australia in partnership with St. John of God Hospital Murdoch (SJGHM), invites suitably qualified applicants for the newly created leadership position of Chair of Nursing (Clinical Research). This position will be made at the Associate Professor/Professorial level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of clinical research services for 20 hours per week on behalf of the University to St John of God Health Care Inc (SJGHC) at St John of God Hospital, Murdoch (SJGHM). He/she will further develop and strengthen the research activities of the University and SJGHM as well as providing academic and clinical leadership in teaching and learning and innovation in nursing practice. The focus of research undertaken by the successful appointee must be consistent with the objects of the University and the mission and values of SJGHC.
