Applications are invited for the appointment of a full-time 2 year limited term position commencing as soon as possible.

Information Technology Resources (ITR) is one of 8 sections within the Division of Finance & Administration with over 100 staff located on the three major University campuses statewide. The ITR section provides a wide range of ICT services to support the University's Teaching & Learning, and Administration activities.

The Project Administrative Officer is responsible for the performance of tasks of a secretarial and administrative nature associated with operations of the Project Office. The Project Administration Officer will also provide high-level administrative assistance to the Manager, Project Office and the Project Office team.

Applicants must have completed a diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience; completion of certificate III or IV in a related field with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training. It is also essential to demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Project, presentation and database operations and use of email and the Internet.

The appointments will be at HEO Level 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $58,749 per annum comprising salary within the range $46,713 - $50,213 plus 17% superannuation, with the option of an additional 3% salary loading in exchange for 14% instead of 17% superannuation.
