Technical Services Coordinator
Faculty of Engineering and Surveying (Toowoomba)
The Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the provision of all technical services for the Faculty of Engineering and Surveying in support of Faculty teaching and research objectives. The Technical Services Coordinator provides expert technical support, advice, guidance, and resource management in order to achieve the learning, teaching, research, and safety objectives of all staff and students. The position includes oversight of the operation of laboratories, workshops, field stations and equipment, the provision of laboratory maintenance and modifications and space and equipment allocations.
Appointment is available on a full-time continuing basis.
Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) with extensive subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Applicants must address the selection criteria for the base level and may, if they choose, also address the additional selection criteria for the higher level. Only those applicants who clearly demonstrate that they satisfy the higher criteria may be considered for appointment at the higher level.
