This is a Continuing, Full time position based at the Gold Coast campus.
The role:
An Associate Professor is expected to make a significant contribution to all activities of the School and play a significant role within their profession or discipline. Associate Professors are expected to achieve academic excellence which may be evidenced by an outstanding contribution to teaching and/or research and/or the profession.
The person:
The appointee will have a doctoral degree or substantial equivalent experience, a strong track record in research, publications and attracting external research funding. The appointee will also have research expertise in one or more of the GLS strategic research areas and be willing to contribute to the development of the research and research higher degree culture within the School. The appointee will also be able to demonstrate teaching excellence in law and the ability to contribute to the administration and engagement of the Faculty.
Salary range:
Associate Professor level D: $108,248 - $119,256 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $126,651 - $139,530 per annum.
